Finnish Modern
Mano Mano Federation (FMMF) was founded to promote Manomano
training and represent the style in Finland. The long co-operation
with Grandmaster Ernesto Presas has raised mutual trust as well
as the idea of bringing an empty-hands Filipino martial art to Finland.
The Filipino martial arts available in Finland do not offer an empty-hands
style, so there is room for Manomano here.
It
was decided to found a separate organization for Manomano. This
will help promoting the style in the best possible way. The organization
aims at quality and positive co-operation with international masters
and technical advisors.
Manomano
Finlad has roots and full representation in International Philippine
Martial Arts Federation so new, good ideas and technical improvements
are quickly available for us in Finland. Trainers and instructors
will get good development possibilities through the graduation,
training and seminar systems. For students this offers the possibility
to train safely and with quality.
The Chief instructor in Finnish Modern Mano Mano Federation is Master
Tomi Harell ( 5th Dan IPMAF )
